**Job Description**
Evaluate and analyze routine technical information and data related to Training program quality indicators and identifying trends and driving factors
Provide routine analysis on training course materials to evaluate and provide recommendations on appropriate training effectiveness measures
Contribute process knowledge to, and develop proposed modifications to resolve routine issues
Interpret external regulations and standards as they relate to training and
implementing measures to meet those requirements. Identify training related root cause
Summarize data to develop routine criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities
Perform adhoc LMS functions to address the business needs
Other duties as assigned by management
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in in Engineering or Scientific field, 1year experience of previous related experience, required

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Review documentation and take appropriate actions to ensure that information is appropriately catalogued and follow through to validation and qualification of equipment, including transferring information to appropriate locations, e.g., ECRs, SOPs, drawings, and tooling, for Engineering approval
- Utilize manufacturing software (e.g., JDE, QMS,PLM) to update documentation in systems
- Follow through with development of training and documentation materials, based on collaboration with Engineering, including identifying opportunities for modification and making recommendations, enabling the seamless knowledge transfer of project and manufacturing processes; applying knowledge of processes to devise process changes in collaboration with
- May lead projects related to new equipment validation, equipment investigations, testing, objective evidence of product dispositions and rework

* Sólidos conocimientos en herramientas y metodologías de mejora continua (Lean, Seis Sigma).
* Experiencia en el desarrollo y documentación de procesos de fabricación.
* Habilidad para interpretar planos técnicos, diagramas y especificaciones.
* Capacidad demostrada para resolver problemas técnicos complejos.
* Dominio del idioma español (oral y escrito); conocimiento de inglés es una ventaja.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop protocols for, and implement, package design, packaging process validation, and package shelf-life testing, as well as driving new packaging technologies and strategies to improve time to market and advance the technology of package engineering
- Develop plans for projects working closely with cross-functional team members and outside suppliers
- Validate equipment and processes to determine appropriate sourcing, purchasing, installation planning and specifications
- Identify and develop operations packaging projects (e.g., cost improvements, qualify new suppliers and product transfers)
- Design and optimize packaging for new product launches and existing products throughout all stages of product development from concept to launch, including clinical trials, global and limited market releases, as well as key operations initiatives
- Other duties as assigned by leadership
**Education and Experience:**
Bachelor's degree in engineering or Scientific field, no experience Required
**Additional Skills:**
- Good computer skills in usage of MS Office Suite; CAD experience preferred

- Support plans for projects working closely with cross-functional team members and outside suppliers
- Support equipment and process validation to determine appropriate sourcing, purchasing, installation planning and specifications

**Education and Experience:**
+ Undergraduate bachelor's degree
+ Applicants must have at least a year left to complete degree
**Additional Skills:**
- Good computer skills in usage of MS Office Suite
- Intermediate English (Required)
- Basic documentation, communication (e.g., written and verbal) and interpersonal relationship skills
- Good understanding and knowledge of principles, theories, and concepts relevant to Engineering

**Job Description Summary**
Provides support in projects for the manufacturing area. This includes: projects for the introduction of new products, cost reduction projects, automation projects and material change projects. In addition, support the validation and implementation of product changes and changes related to projects.
**Job Description**
Key Responsibilities:
- Validate and implement changes of products, processes or equipment.
- Run basic tests and experiments (including writing and execution of protocols) to qualify and validate the manufacturing processes; follow up on protocol activities, train technicians; analyze results, make recommendations and develop reports.
- Submit changes (creation and changes of structures, procedures and documents) through the Change Control Systems.
- Analyze and solve basic problems of manufacturing and compliance (for example, non-conformities, audit observations).
- Establish or give support in project plans to guarantee that the deliverables are completed according to the client's expectations, using the project management tools (for example: project plan, risk analysis).
- Identify, give support and implement opportunities for continuous improvement to manufacturing processes or systems.
- Other incidental duties
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in in Electronic Engineering, Mechanics, Mechatronics, Industrial, Chemistry, Industrial Design or other related fieldno experience Required
CAD experience Preferred
Additional Skills:
- Good computer skills in the use of MS Office Suite
- Basic documentation and interpersonal relationship skills
- Good oral and written communication in English.
- Basic knowledge of statistical techniques
- Good understanding and knowledge of principles, theories and concepts relevant to Engineering.
- Good problem solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
- Good knowledge of the processes and equipment used in the assigned work
