**Lo que harás:**
Retirar, transportar, descargar y entregar materiales de manufactura debidamente identificados para suplir de acuerdo a los procesos establecidos en las líneas de producción.
**Material Handler**
1. Retirar del almacén material identificado para suplir a la línea de manufactura, de acuerdo a la
producción especificada.
2. Transportar materiales de manufactura, en carro de mano o pallet-truck, según necesidad, ya sea
por peso o por volumen de carga; asegurándose que los materiales a transportar no excedan las
40lbs de peso, debido a que atenta contra su salud y seguridad.
3. Suministrar a cada celda el material que requiera, manteniendo esté debidamente identificado.
4. Preparar y entregar a los supervisores los reportes y documentos requeridos de su área.
5. Retirar el Scrap de las celdas de producción, sortearlo para diferenciar el MRN y el SCRAP, pesarlo
y llevarlo al área de almacenaje, para luego ser auditado por Finanzas y/o Calidad.
6. Realizar los cambios de estilos a producir según las indicaciones del supervisor.
7. Asegurarse del cumplimiento de los estándares de seguridad de la empresa.
8. Asegurarse que los pasillos en su área no están obstruidos.
9. Identificar los materiales según procedimiento de Sistema de Calidad.
10. Verificar materiales críticos del área y comunicar al supervisor.

**Material Pack:**
1. Retirar del almacén el material identificado de empaque (cajas, etiquetas y paletas) para suplir a la
línea de manufactura, de acuerdo a la producción especificada. Cortar y armar las cajas y
transportarlas desde el área trasera, fuera de la planta hasta el área de manufactura (solo para el
área de Fuses de la planta de MCCB).
2. Realizar el set up de la máquina de impresión según el estilo y la cantidad e imprimir las etiquetas
de acuerdo al tipo de producto procesado en la línea de manufactura para su correcta identificación
y empaque.
3. Empacar el producto terminado en materiales de empaque (cajas y etiquetas) y transportar al área
de inspección y de Shipping; en carro de mano o pallet-truck al área de shipping, asegurándose que
los materiales a transportar no excedan las 40lbs de peso, debido a que atenta contra su salud y
seguridad.
4. Suministrar al área de empaque material debidamente identificado.
5. Preparar y entregar a los supervisores los reportes y documentos requeridos de su área.
6. Identificar los materiales según procedimiento del Sistema de Calidad.
7. Brindar todo tipo de soporte cuando sea necesario en el área de empaque.
8. Identificar el estilo de producto a empacar, según lo establecido en el Bill of Material, Tarjetas de
Kanban, órdenes de producción (stock y non-stock).
9. Garantizar que los pasillos en su área no estén obstruidos.
10. Garantizar el fiel cumplimiento del flujo continuo, asegurándose de no mezclar diferentes estilos de
productos terminados y/o labels.

**Lo que harás:**

1. Coordinar las tareas/responsabilidades al personal encargado de la gestión de partes y equipos en las diferentes áreas de negocio y turnos.
2. Coordinar labores de reparación de partes y equipos con condición de aprovechamiento mediante suplidores externos.
3. Identificar oportunidades de mejora continua (Kaizen) en las áreas asignadas. Administración de repuestos críticos.
4. Gestionar exportación e importación de equipos y partes de repuestos para maquinas del área de producción.
5. Participación de proyectos de procesos/layout, mejoras continuas en equipos y áreas de producción.
6. Actualizar el sistema de gestión de mantenimiento para solicitudes de servicio y manejo de piezas de repuestos (spare parts).

1. 4. Instalar y dar mantenimiento a los plafones que se encuentran en las facilidades de la empresa.
5. Mantener, mediante inspecciones diarias, el óptimo funcionamiento del sistema de refrigeración de las líneas de facilidades.
6. Preparar, colocar, revisar quipos de baños, cafetería, puertas de acceso, etc.

+ Velar por el fiel cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias ante la Administración Tributaria y Municipios
+ Analizar las actividades del negocio para detectar posibles impactos tributarios en las actividades que realiza el negocio.
+ Ejecutar proyectos que mejoren el desempeño del área mediante la automatización.
+ Dar soporte en la atención de requerimientos de las autoridades tributarias del orden nacional o territorial en los países de Caribe.
+ Reportar impactos tributarios, contingencias, forecast que permitan dar visibilidad al área global de tax de los futuros impactos tributarios.
+ Apoyar en el seguimiento y control del presupuesto del área con el fin de identificar beneficios y mantenernos alineados con la planeación.

Manager, Products and Solutions, Acceptance
Overview:
As a critical component of Mastercard's Acceptance growth strategy, this role will be the primary Acceptance development contact for driving new acceptance business opportunities and solutions to the markets in the North LAC Division. The successful candidate will need to be able to evaluate and assess opportunities/projects/initiatives and will work in close partnership with local markets, account managers, business developers, regional teams to identify new leads, initiate customer contact, and build strong deal structures for aquiers, merchants , payfacs, aggregators, service providers across the Division.
We are looking for an experienced Acceptance Development Manager with strong leadership and commercial skills, combined with a keen entrepreneurial mindset, to develop and deliver on the acceptance commercialization plans across the Division.
The ideal candidate is passionate about driving and delivering a strategy that results in product growth and scale. Strong knowledge about Mexico, Central America and Caribbean markets. Highly self-motivated, with an ability to negotiate targets and the acceptance business plans with customers next , establish priorities and align execution plans against them to drive the most significant business growth. Analytical, data driven, with project management skills, along with an ability to orchestrate multi-functional teams and delivery result with a flowless execution.
Role: The selected candidate for this role:
-Seeks out and initiates contact with customers (merchants and PSPs)
-Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to achieve the Revenue targets and Market share expansion in the acceptance business.
-Consistently updates the sales pipeline on SFDC, maintains customer contact, and closes deals
-Works closely with Account Management and Market Development teams in a highly competitive consultative selling environment
-Monitors opportunities and regularly keeps leadership apprised of progress and help needed
-Leads and participate in sales presentations, RFP responses, business case development, proposals and contract management with effective negotiation skills
-Coordinates transitions between sales and implementation teams
-Brings the voice of the market back to the implementation team to ensure customer relationship needs are met
-Provides subject matter expertise on a specific product or segment of products and identifies product innovation opportunities
-Develop a strong understanding of customer needs, customers' product strategy, region conditions, and industry characteristics as they relate to products and platforms offerings
All About You:
-Strong knowledge of acceptance payments and payment processing; knowledge of fraud & decisioning products a plus
-Strong knowledge of the local payment ecosystem and key players in market North LAC Division.
-Extensive experience in a sales/commercial environment including direct interaction with customers
-Demonstrated expertise and success in achieving sales goals over multiple years and multiple products
-Strong executive presence and ability to influence stakeholders

+ Designs, develops, and tests a wide variety of containers used for the protection, display, and handling of products.
+ Determines packaging specifications according to the nature of the product, cost limitations, legal requirements, and the type of protection required, considering need for resistance to such external variables as moisture, corrosive chemicals, temperature variations, light, heat, rough handling, and tampering.
+ Designs package exteriors considering such factors as product identification, sales appeal, aesthetic quality, printing and production techniques.
+ Responsibilities may include documentation management and/or coordination of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and may support prototype line development in manufacturing facilities/plants.
