Como Técnico (a) de Servicio HVAC, serás responsable de realizar mantenimientos preventivos y/o correctivos en sistemas de control ambiental, utilizando el conocimiento de la teoría de refrigeración, sistemas de control y montajes de tuberías.

**Dónde está el trabajo:**
Este puesto es elegible para un horario de trabajo presencial en donde se le asigne el trabajo de campo y soporte directo al cliente, sí quedando ubicado para trabajar en **Punta Cana.**
**Lo que harás:**
+ Mantenimiento preventivo y/o correctivo de equipos de HVAC.
+ Asistir en el servicio de equipos y productos en proyectos asignados y asegurar la satisfacción del cliente.
+ Utilizar variedad de herramientas, siguiendo las especificaciones de los ingenieros o planos. Montar, ensamblar unidades.
+ Mantener inventario de mercancía y equipos de la compañía asignados para cumplir con sus funciones.
+ Documentar todo lo relacionado a las actividades de servicio (incluyendo reportes escritos) en el CRM de la compañía por medio de una "Work Order" asignada.
+ Seleccionar el listado de las piezas requeridas para realizar correctivos en el menor tiempo posible y según la necesidad.
+ Dar seguimiento al mantenimiento preventivo del vehículo de trabajo asignado.
+ Entregar piezas a los proyectos, según sea necesario.
+ Realizar control y reporte de gastos asociados a los viajes realizados.
+ Flexibilidad para trabajar tiempo extra y fines de semana, según sea necesario.
**Lo que traerás:**
+ Título Universitario de Ingeniería o Bachiller equivalente desde un año de Colegio o Escuela Técnica con certificación de Refrigeración o experiencia relacionada y/o preferible con entrenamiento, o la combinación entre experiencia y educación.
+ Experiencia en mantenimiento de equipos de Aire Acondicionado y sistemas HVAC.
+ Dominio de Microsoft Office - Conocimiento de Word
+ Conocimiento y uso de Softwares, plataformas y aplicaciones inteligentes.

Respond and attend to guest repair requests. Communicate with guests/customers to resolve maintenance issues with little to no supervision. Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication. Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines. Carry equipment (e.g., tools, radio). Identify, locate, and operate all shut-off valves for equipment and shut-offs for buildings. Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed. Assure each day's activities and problems that occur are communicated to the other shifts using approved communication programs and standards. Display proficiency in any one of the following categories, above average skills in two more of the following categories and basic skills in the remaining categories: air conditioning and refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, pneumatic/electronic systems and controls, carpentry and finish skills, kitchen equipment, vehicles, energy conservation, and/or general building management. Display solid knowledge and skill in the safe use of hand and power tools and other materials required to perform repair and maintenance tasks. Perform mid-level troubleshooting of hotel Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. Display the ability to train and mentor other engineers (e.g., Engineer I). Display ability to perform Engineer on Duty responsibilities, including readings and rounds.
Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications; and properly store flammable materials. Ensure uniform and personal appearances are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. **What you'll do:**
**FUNCION PRINCIPAL:**
Realizar mantenimiento predictivo, preventivo, correctivo y set up de máquinas/equipos; reparar e instalar partes electrónicas, eléctricas y neumáticas. Soporte técnico a las líneas de producción e ingeniería. Enfoque a mejoramiento continuo a los equipos asignados.
**FUNCIONES ESENCIALES:**
1. Realizar las tareas/responsabilidades de mantenimiento asignadas.
2. Brindar soporte a las líneas de producción en cuanto a reparación de máquinas, establecimiento de guardas de seguridad, identificación de fallas, etc.
3. Identificar oportunidades de mejora continua en las áreas asignadas.
4. Llenar los reportes de paradas y eventos de las máquinas asignadas a su área.
5. Realizar inspecciones periódicas a los equipos asignados durante su turno de trabajo.
6. Llenar requisiciones de mantenimiento de equipo, las cuales generarán órdenes de trabajo dentro de una planificación de su departamento.
7. Consultar los suplidores, manuales y planos de los equipos, en busca de referencias.
8. Revisar que los procedimientos de mantenimiento de sus equipos sean precisos y efectivos. En base a estos chequeos solicita la renovación de los procedimientos.
9. Revisar según programa de calibración, a diferentes equipos asignados como fuentes de corriente, maquinas calibradoras termales y magnéticas y tester electrónicos (EDC, Innovar)
10. Asistir en recopilar data con herramientas de medición y calidad especializadas.
11. Participar en el departamental team de las líneas asignadas.
12. Ejecutar las acciones asignadas a través de Faciliworks.
13. Asistir en los cambios de procesos/layout en las áreas de la Planta.
14. Realizar el Lock out-Tag out en todos los proceso de reparación de maquinarias.
**Responsabilidades relacionadas con Salud, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente (EHS):**
1. Asistir a todos los entrenamientos de Seguridad, Salud y Medio ambiente que sean asignados.
2. Cumplir con los requerimientos de 5S/MESH.
3. Responsable de velar por las normas de seguridad, así como las políticas establecidas por Eaton.
4. El no-cumplimiento con los procedimientos de seguridad puede derivar en accidentes menores y/o lesiones dependiendo de las funciones
**Qualifications:**
**CONOCIMIENTO ESPECIALIZADO:**
▪ Graduado de Tecnólogo en Electrónica, Electricidad, Mecatrónica ó
▪ Graduado Técnico Sistema Dual en Electrónica, Electricidad ó
▪ Bachiller Técnico Profesional en Electrónica, Electricidad, Mecatrónica ó
▪ Estudiante Universitario de las ramas de Ingeniería (eléctrica, electrónica, mecatrónica) con un mínimo de 120 créditos aprobados. O 1000 (mil) horas de estudios en los siguientes cursos técnicos:
+ Auxiliar de mantenimiento,
+ Mantenimiento de máquinas industriales
+ Mantenimiento eléctrico,
+ Asistente electrónica básica,
+ Electrónica básica,
+ Asistente de electrónica digital, electrónica digital
+ Electrónica industrial, Residencial o Industrial
+ PLC (controles lógicos programables),
+ Microcontroladores, microprocesadores, lenguajes de programación (assembler, C+, MatLab),
+ Controles eléctricos,
+ Neumática, Hidráulica, Refrigeración
+ Electromecánica, maquinas eléctricas, rebobinado de transformadores, rebobinado de motores,
+ Autocad, solidworks, y cualquier otro relacionado al área eléctrica/electrónica/mecatrónica.
▪ Conocimientos básicos de ingles
▪ Conocimientos básicos de Ms. Office: Excel, Word
▪ Experiencia 4 años en el área electrónica, eléctrica, mecatrónica o posiciones similares de áreas
Operativas incluyendo pasantías.
