GENERAL DESCRIPTION OR PURPOSE OF JOB:
Provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to multiple departments, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting various stakeholders across the organizational, utilizing the support of the team to ensure the day to day and future operations of these positions are on task according to company policies and management direction. Provides help and assist in all the activities related to the different departments.
RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
+ Provide administrative support to multiple teams, including scheduling meetings, processing managers' or employees' requests related to onsite support and coordinating logistics.
+ Collaborate with HR to ensure all company policies and processes, both from corporate and specific to local laws are in compliance by managers and employees and fully implemented for all groups
+ Assist with onboarding and offboarding logistics, including access, equipment, credentials, and workspace readiness as needed
+ Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications related to supported teams.
+ Ensure employees' requests are managed properly and follow up on the department's procedures
+ Support workforce planning by tracking headcount, availability, and capacity.
+ Manage reports and metrics as applicable
+ Support special assignments and coordination on projects for the customer services and shared services departments
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES - In any job with supervisory responsibilities, the following are an explicit part of the incumbent's responsibilities and essential functions:
+ Participate in decisions related to the selection, promotion, transfer, pay, and discipline of assigned personnel, when requested
+ Administer Company policies about discipline, absenteeism, etc., fairly and equitably, and fully document all incidents and actions taken.
+ Involve the assigned HR Generalist on compliance issues such as pay equity, equal opportunity in hiring and promotions, and proper procedures for hiring, terminations, lay-offs, etc.
JOB REQUIREMENTS/SPECIFICATIONS: Note that (i) computer literacy and working-level skill with the basic MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Explorer), (ii) good verbal and written communication skills, (iii) good interpersonal skills, and (iv) the ability to work well both individually and in a team, environment are default requirements for all Jostens exempt and salaried nonexempt employees.

+ Responsable del cumplimiento de normas de seguridad, así como las políticas establecidas por Eaton.
+ Dar soporte a otras áreas según requerimiento.
+ Cumplir con los requerimientos de 5S/MESH.
+ Realizar Screening a visitantes y proveedores.

**Requisitos:**

Job Description:

As a member of the Marriott International Procurement Team (MIP), the manager will focus on contributing to influencing the sourcing strategy for both food and non-food related commodities as well as developing and managing key vendor contract relationships. The position will be responsible for identifying and developing effective supply chain partnership agreements to reduce cost and improve service conditions for all managed and participating franchise hotels, across all brands. The primary contracting targets will include mining "new and incremental value" from previously unmanaged vendor relationships within the business. The specific key areas of accountability include the following 1) Contracting/Procurement Process 2) Relationship and Vendor Management 3) Data Analysis and Reporting 4) Property Support 5) responsibility for rebates and savings for the hotels 6) Support OS&E Projects.
SCOPE
The Manager provides support to all managed and participating franchised hotels and in particular responsibility in regards to market cost savings to the Hotels and, following the request of the hotels, he / she will provide services as in the Job Specification. Location requirements: The manager to be located in Mexico office or home office
+ Language Requirements: High proficiency (speaking, reading, and writing) in English and Spanish is required.

EXPECTED CONTRIBUTIONS
**Contracting/Procurement Process**
+ Responsible for driving the procurement process for food and non-food concepts to include supplier sourcing, bid preparation, cost analysis, negotiations and contract award following all MIP standards
+ Gathers and analyzes data, identifying high-volume spend materials and services
+ Utilizes data analysis to develop cost saving strategies
+ Consolidates existing vendor base to leverage volume and drive compliance to strategic partners
+ Monitors market trends, price increases, and evaluates vendor performance
+ Conducts RFPs as necessary and determine best supply chain channel to ensure quality, service, price, product sustainability and diversity vendor opportunities
+ Prepares tendering process protocols, vendor communications, reports, presentations, and detailed spread sheet analysis to conclude a contact
**Relationship and Vendor Management**
+ Communicates regularly with hotels and customer stakeholders, to gather input on materials, services and potential vendor contracting opportunities and to ensure continuous program improvement
+ Assumes primary responsibility as the overall business owner of the supply relationships
+ Establishes and manages vendor partnerships for all major commodity categories
+ Conducts vendor supply assessments to gain education on process and products

**Data Analysis and Reporting**
+ Constructs and maintains tracking process for material and service contracts including those agreements that require time and volume commitments; communicates tracking with finance and other internal customers

+ Constructs and maintains tracking process for supplier performance and spend reports
+ Presents supplier performance reports to Director Procurement and MIP CALA leadership
+ Monitors supplier performance against proposed financial incentives and identifies potential issues or need for audit
+ Conducts performance reviews with supplier and drive customer participation in program
**Property and Local Support**
+ Assists in the support of all affiliated properties across and various business functions across designated cluster
+ Supports hotels on day-to-day basis by providing feedback on pricing, specifications, standards, etc.

+ Conducts procurement audits in affiliated properties to ensure maximum compliance and to maintain relations with all employees and Exec Com in each hotel
