**A Day in the Life**
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
+ Leads production team work process, equipment testing, manufacturing, disassembly, and reassembly as assigned by supervisor.
+ Prioritizes use of operators according to build schedule.
+ Communicates process issues and provides status updates to team supervisor.
+ Coaches operators/assemblers on production and problem solving skills, performing technical review and machinery setup/breakdown as needed.
+ Ensures Medtronic company quality and safety standards are upheld.
**PRODUCTION SUPPORT CAREER STREAM:** Provides support in manufacturing operations and/or distribution centers including assembly, machinery, processing, packaging, and/or distribution of company products. May set up and operate automatic or semiautomatic machines and related equipment in a continuous production/processing operation. Reports any malfunctions or abnormalities in machines, with higher levels recommending and/or making adjustments to methods and processes. May be involved in shipping, receiving, inventory control, or storage of products in distribution centers.
**DIFFERENTIATING FACTORS**
**Autonomy:** Works on assignments that are complex in nature.
Trains, delegates and reviews the work of lower level employees and may be responsible for leading daily operations of a work team.
Performs a variety of complex or technical-advanced clerical duties in distribution center.

Eaton's ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a NPI Senior Technologist Engineer (PCB).
**What you'll do:**
**Job Summary**
Originate, develop, and check complex electrical schematics & printed circuit board layouts and associated details, assemblies, and bills-of-material as assigned.
Collaborate with the global team of PCB designers to deliver necessary design packages as well as align and standardize on toolsets and processes across the organization. Product development is aligned to the efficient and safe control of industrial motors and their associated driven loads in varied applications and environments. Systems include environmentally rated assemblies with a wide range of industrial products including variable frequency drives, reduced voltage soft starters, NEMA & IEC starters, branch protection schemes, and intelligent monitoring solutions enabling local and IoT based decisions. Work on different types of products as mentioned above, as well as collaborate with multiple co-located cross-functional teams and remote design centers located throughout the world.
**Job Responsibilities**
1. Originates and develops creative/complex conceptual electrical design layouts, details, assemblies in a complete and accurate manner.
2. Coordinates global PCB design resources to deliver on necessary design packages as well as align and standardize on toolsets and processes across the organization.
3. Create and maintain component parts databases, using pertinent database systems.
4. Develop high quality, economical designs achieving performance goals while meeting the size, thermal, regulatory, manufacturability, reliability, and cost objectives.
5. Establishes designs for major products requiring comprehensive knowledge of industrial practices and engineering principles and understands the software-based nature of major product lines.
6.Coordinates mechanical packaging of PCBs with appropriate mechanical packaging group.
7. Consults with manufacturing engineers, tool designers, label vendors, and others on matters involving the design and manufacture of assigned products.
8. Investigates all sources of information (marketing, standards, manufacturing, and engineering) that will aid in developing products that meet the needs of our customers.
9. Prepares drawing / specification releases for all new and revised drawings / specifications.
10. Responsible for and produces technically and procedurally neat and accurate documentation.
11. Follow up and review team work assignments are completed on time and quality as expected.
12. Seeks efficiency related to design techniques, documentation, and process enhancements.
13. Other duties as assigned by manager.
**Responsibilities related to Health, Safety and Environment (EHS):**
1. Execute 100% of monthly safety activities assigned, in coordination with the MESH Coordinator.
2. Assist and completed all EHS training as required.
**Qualifications:**
**Education level required**
3 - 5 years or more experience in engineered drafting work involving electrical design ECAD tools.
**Years and area of experience required**
Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics and/or Mechanical Drafting or related areas.
**Technical knowledge**
Solid knowledge in one of the following software: Mentor Graphics suite (DX Designer / PADS), Cadence Allegro, Altium, or equivalent PCB Schematic / Layout toolset.

Eaton's ADMIN Administrative division is currently seeking a Technician.MFG.Engineering.
**Lo que harás:**
Responsable de mantener los estándares y cumplir los objetivos de ingeniería en el proceso de manufactura asignado.
**FUNCIONES ESENCIALES:**
1. Participación activa en proyectos y kaizens para la mejora continua-Lean y reducción de costos.
2. Soporte en la implementación de programas, nuevos productos, equipos/fixtures y tecnologías.
3. Dar soporte para alcanzar los niveles requeridos de productividad, desperdicios (scrap), yield, retrabajo (rework), flujo continuo (WIP), seguridad y análisis de capacidad (manload).
4. Dar soporte en el mantenimiento y estandarización de documentos de proceso: Instrucciones de trabajo (INM), Layout y graficas/métricas con sus acciones.
5. Soporte al logro de reducción de defectos (PPM) y aplicación de las procedimientos de calidad (EQS) asignados: Capability, MSA, pFMEA, Control Plan y acciones correctivas/preventivas (CAPA).
6. Soporte al análisis de problemas relacionados con el proceso mediante herramientas estadísticas (6 sigma), 8d, A3 según aplique.
7. Ejecutar los puntos de Change Control PR-3 (cambios de proceso) según aplique.
8. Soporte al desarrollo de desviaciones y alternativas para el producto y/o proceso pueda elaborarse cumpliendo los requerimientos autorizados/aprobados.
9. Participar de manera activa y/o liderar las reuniones según esquema de CIF, incluyendo presentaciones de los departmental team.
10. Responsable de actualización de routings y parámetros de proceso en el sistema ERP (ej. Mapics / AS400).
11. Realizar el mantenimiento análisis de información de cualquier plataforma digital de de procesos y/o producto. Ejemplo: Yield/Scrap System, Manufacturing Integration (MI); TDM; Enforcer/Innovar/, EasyLabels (etiquetas), ERP Mapics, etc.
**Responsabilidades relacionadas con Salud, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente (EHS):**
1. Ejecución de análisis de riesgo (JSA) y análisis ergonomía.
2. Liderar y aplicar los puntos de Manejo del Cambio (MOC) según aplique.
3. Ejecutar acciones identificadas a través de MESH cumpliendo con el objetivo de cierre.

**What you´ll do:**
**Job Summary**
+ Lead Lean Material Flow initiatives across the plant.
**Job Responsibilities**
+ Lead Material Flow Engineering planning, design and support implementation of Pull System across the plant.
+ Define and develop PFEP (plan for every part)
+ For Suppliers includes:
+ Definition of packaging approval process,
+ Logistics between 3PL and Eaton buildings.
+ At the Plant includes:
+ Calculating volumes, inventory levels, and mix/max in supermarkets.
+ Kitting/sequence cells, and points-of-use.
+ Act as single point of contact for NPI, VAVE, PLS and Manufacturing Engineering including coordinating department study, responses to studies and department reviews, ensure accurate Line Layouts needs to support Lean production and ensure accurate part usage/allocations, and analyze discrepancies.
+ Undertake projects to improve the current layout and flow of operations within the factory and integrate these with the ERP system.
+ Ensure material flow, material layouts, internal Route designs and manpower allocations are optimized and support lean strategy.
+ Identify cost reduction or process improvement logistics opportunities.
+ Implement ideal presentation of materials in the point of use.
+ Produce standard work procedures across the factory to streamline flow of operations.
+ Develop workflow metrics, internal analysis tools and KPIs for performance of processes

**What you'll do:**
**JOB SUMMARY**
This position is responsible for defining and communicating a shared architectural vision for a simple product that enables them to support current and future business needs. As a Systems Architect, you will be responsible for understanding requirements / problem statements specific to the Salesforce Platform and build solution architectures which meet those requirements. They will collaborate with Agile teams to consider solutions, validate technology assumptions, evaluate alternatives, and converge on a solution.You will help the business in evaluating technical capabilities of the Salesfoce platform to meet business requirements, rate, recommend preferred direction and develop architecture to onboard it, integrate it with other Eaton on premises/ cloud hosted/ SaaS applications as applicable. You will be responsible for evaluating new capabilities that are part of the on-going Salesforce release cycle to feed the Product Teams opportunity for future business innovation. FInally, the System Architect will work closely with Enterprise and Solution Architects to deliver solutions that are aligned to the broader architecture guardrails.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Lead and participate in the planning, definition, development, and high-level design of product solutions and architectural alternatives
- Enable a continuous delivery pipeline through proper design guidelines
- Define and communicate system interfaces, data structures, data storage, integrations, cybersecurity considerations, test automation concepts, and deployment approaches
- Establish and communicate critical nonfunctional requirements
- Consider the impact economic boundaries have on design decisions and operate accordingly
- Participate in solution planning, incremental planning, product demos, and inspect and adapt events
- Plan and develop the architectural runway for a product that supports desired business outcomes
- Provide technical oversight and encourage security, quality, and automation
- Effectively negotiate with the business to ensure nonfunctional work (e.g. patching, platform upgrade etc.) is properly prioritized and worked on to reduce the accumulation of technical debt over time
**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or relevant experince
- Must have Salesforce.com certification
**Years and area of experience required**
- 5+ years of experience in the software industry with a proven track record of shipping high quality products
- 5+ years of experience in the Salesforce space
**Technical knowledge**
- Extensive experience utilizing best practices in software engineering
- Experience understanding fo Salesforce Sales Cloud, Serivce Cloud, Experience Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud
- Experience developing enterprise grade, highly scalable, highly performant applications and/or distributed systems
- Understanding of software design principles, design patterns, algorithms, data structures, and multithreading concepts
- Solid understanding of DevSecOps, CI/CD principles from code check-in through to deployment
- Experience with modern software development principles including code management, test automation, APIs, microservices, and cloud services.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts such as encryption, hashing, certificates, PKIs, Threat Modeling, secure coding, and OWASP.
- Experience working with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban
- Experience with multiple cloud service providers such as Azure, AWS, and GCP.
- Experince with systems like Jira.
**Skills:**
- Effective verbal and written communication skills including the ability to explain and present technical concepts
- Comfortable working directly with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Good judgment, time management, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work colaboratively on a technical team
- Patience and empathy when working with developers and testers
