Responsibilities
- Architect, configure, and maintain Amazon Connect (queues, routing profiles, hours, hierarchies, DID/toll-free numbers).
- Design IVR and chatbot experiences with drag-and-drop Contact Flows, Amazon Lex, and Amazon Q in Connect for generative-AI self-service

Responsabilidades clave:
- Apoyar en la implementación y puesta en marcha de soluciones de software.
- Interactuar con clientes para entender y resolver sus necesidades.
- Realizar tareas de configuración y pruebas de sistemas.
Requisitos:
- Experiencia demostrada en implementación de software.
- Dominio de sentencias
SQL
. - Conocimiento en
SQL Server
, generadores de reportes y herramientas de
Business Intelligence
. - Disponibilidad para trabajar dos sábados al mes.
Horario:
- Lunes a jueves: 8:00 a.m. a 5:30 p.m.
- Viernes: 8:00 a.m. a 5:00 p.m.
- Dos sábados al mes: 8:30 a.m. a 12:30 p.m.
Ubicaciones:
Distrito Nacional, Santiago, Punta Cana.
Salario:
RD65,000−RD95,000 (según experiencia).
