Key Responsibilities
SharePoint & Collaboration Management
- Administer and optimize SharePoint Online sites, libraries, lists, and workflows.
- Manage user access and permissions, enforcing secure collaboration and content lifecycle policies.
- Lead the migration of unstructured data from on-premises file shares to SharePoint Online.
- Partner with business units to understand content needs and deliver eƯective SharePoint-based solutions.
- Provide training and support to internal teams and end-users.
Workflow Automation
- Design and maintain Power Automate flows to streamline document management, notifications, approvals, and other business processes.
Data Loss Prevention & Compliance
- Administer enterprise DLP systems, configure policies, and monitor for unauthorized access or data leakage across SharePoint sites.
- Enforce access controls, audit trails, and governance policies to ensure secure collaboration.
- Support AI integrations (e.g., Copilot) within SharePoint while ensuring compliance with internal and external data protection standards.
- Oversee shared storage environments (e.g., OneDrive, network folders) to prevent oversharing of sensitive data.
- Ensure SharePoint configurations align with regulatory frameworks such as SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, and internal governance standards.
System Monitoring & Documentation
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
- Maintain technical documentation for configurations, processes, and user guides.
Required Skills & Experience
- Advanced English.
- Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, permissions models, and content types.
- Hands-on experience with Power Automate for business process automation.
- Familiarity with data migration tools (e.g., ShareGate, PowerShell, Microsoft Migration Manager).
- Experience with DLP policy configuration and monitoring in Microsoft 365.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

About the Role:
We are hiring a
Database Developer
to design and develop efficient database solutions tailored to our applications. You'll work with a range of technologies, including MariaDB, MySQL, and SQL Server, to ensure smooth integration and functionality of database-driven systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable database architectures.
- Monitor database performance, optimize queries, and troubleshoot issues.
- Manage backups, recovery, and disaster recovery processes.
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize database queries and structures.
- Ensure database security and compliance with organizational policies.
- Plan and execute database upgrades and migrations as needed.
- Automate routine database tasks using scripts or tools.
- Provide support for database-related issues during development and production.
- Develop and manage ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
- Collaborate with software development teams to design database architectures for new features.
- Implement data transformation and migration pipelines between databases.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience with relational and NoSQL databases (MariaDB, MySQL, Cassandra, SQL Server).
- Proficiency in SQL, database design, and optimization
- Knowledge of database migration techniques and tools.
- Experience with data modeling and normalization.
- Strong understanding of indexing, partitioning, and query optimization.
- Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and optimizing database performance.
- Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows environments.
Good To have:
- Experience with database performance monitoring and profiling tools.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Azure Devops.
