The Ground Operations Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all airline-related operations are carried out safely, efficiently, and with a customer-focused approach. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily airport operations, including aircraft handling, baggage handling, security processes, passenger check-in, boarding, and ground transportation services.

Complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system. Review shift logs/daily memo books and document pertinent information in logbooks. Contact appropriate individual or department (e.g., Bellperson, Housekeeping) as necessary to resolve guest call, request, or problem. Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations in computer system, verifying guest identity, requesting form of payment, assigning room, and activating and issuing room key. Sell a room/accommodation to guests without reservations based on availability. Ensure rates match market codes and that any exceptions are documented. Ensure checks that come from outlets (e.g., Health Club, Retail Shop) are scanned and charged to room.

Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications. Qualifications:
Education level required

Position Summary
The Senior Supervisor, First Party is responsible for coordinating daily floor activities which includes; supporting Customer Service Agents (CSA) in their service efforts, maintaining performance and attendance records, scheduling of staff, training and projects, determining and monitoring collection priorities, producing collection reports and assigning special projects as needed in a fast-paced call center environment.
Essential Functions
- Coaches CSAs to develop and improve their negotiation skills and performance.
- Completes performance evaluations and/or employee performance reports along with any corrective action forms in an accurate and timely manner.
- Participates in any mandatory leadership training programs.
- Provides support and assistance to department staff by answering questions, evaluating phone calls and providing feedback and suggestions for improvements for the entire floor.
- Coordinates the training of new and existing CSAs as needed.
- Works with department management to enhance productivity and communication.
- Compiles and evaluates production numbers for department employees.
- Works closely with department management on conflict resolution and communication of day-to-day events in the department.
- Works with the Human Resources Department on performance improvement, corrective actions or attendance issues for CSAs with negative performance results, that may require coaching, performance warnings and/or termination.
- Manages the team's schedule assuring appropriate daily telephone coverage throughout the shift.
- Monitors the attendance of CSAs and react to developing negative attendance trends with coaching.
- Routinely recognizes exemplary performance and provide motivation for others to excel.
- Schedules and facilitates regularly scheduled team meetings to communicate priorities, collection goals and procedural changes.
- Understands current CSA incentives and helps to encourage participation.
- Monitors inbound hold time and helps by adjusting CSA schedules when possible.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by Operation Manager.
- Ability to maintain consistent and regular attendance in accordance with an established schedule.
- Ability to work onsite/in-office in accordance with CCS and department policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of collections experience or prior supervisory experience preferred.
- Must have business proficiency (written and verbal) in English and Spanish.
- Knowledge and complete understanding of all applicable collection laws including the FDCPA.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, written and negotiating communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs such as MSWord, Excel, Access, etc.
- Ability to learn specific software used in the collection process including FACS and Call Miner.
- Ability to demonstrate consistency, accuracy, good judgment, follow through and attention to detail.

- Coordinar con el área de planificación la entrada y descarga de mercancías, velando por el retorno oportuno de los contenedores y el cumplimiento de los tiempos establecidos.
- Garantizar la ejecución en tiempo real de la planificación de trabajo en las operaciones, reportando discrepancias o anomalías para mantener al cliente informado y facilitar acciones correctivas.
- Velar por que el almacén se mantenga organizado, limpio e identificado correctamente, conforme a los estándares y procedimientos establecidos, promoviendo un entorno seguro y funcional.
- Velar por el cumplimiento de la rotación de inventarios conforme a los métodos definidos (FEFO First Expired, First Out; FIFO First In, First Out) asegurando la correcta movilización de productos y evitando pérdidas por vencimiento u obsolescencia.
- Cumplir con los lineamientos del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad, Objetivos de Calidad, Requisitos del Cliente, Requisitos Legales y Política de Calidad, asegurando el desempeño en la satisfacción del cliente, propio y del personal bajo su cargo.
